David Fielding started his career with Younginer LLC Engineered Products in 2001. Prior to joining Younginer, David was the National Sales & Marketing Manager for a former casting company that was jointly owned by a US and European set of multi-national corporation.  David graduated from Auburn University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing emphasis.

Professionally, David's 16 years of experience in the industry provide him with an ability to focus on projects that have a high level of motivation within the customer and are economically beneficial to the customer and the companies we represent.

His management experience and field sales experience gives him a well rounded approach and an insight into what can turn projects into reality. David has successfully developed customers in the office furniture, heavy truck, medical, military/defense, water flow/management, automotive, and valve/actuation industries. David has been a member of the Alabama Automotive Manufacturer's Association for 6+ years and regularly attends meetings that bring together the top automotive OEM's, Tier 1's, and Tier 2's in the state.

Personally, David enjoys time with his wife Krystal, a Physical Therapist in the Birmingham area, and their 3 sons. He enjoys fishing, playing basketball, coaching his sons in soccer and basketball, and playing golf about 3 times a year. His family regularly attends Double Oak Community Church in the Birmingham area. In addition, he serves as the President of his neighborhood homeowner's association.
