Carl Cochran is a Vice President of Business Development for Younginer LLC Engineered Products and Vice President of Business Development for Younginer Marketing Resources. His successful career is due in part to his enjoyment and drive of developing new projects and customers. Carl’s strengths include, mechanical engineering, process control, finance, quality assurance systems, and management systems.
David Fielding started his career with Younginer LLC Engineered Products in 2001.
Prior to joining Younginer, David was the National Sales & Marketing Manager for
a former casting company that was jointly owned by a US and European set of multi-national
corporation. David graduated from Auburn University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Business Administration and Marketing emphasis.
Michael Younginer received his degree in international studies with an economics
minor from USC (University of South Carolina).This background aids in business development
given the changes taking place in the southeastern marketplace which began in the
1980's and continue to this day, with global-based manufacturers locating here. Thirty
years in business and numerous product experiences have helped give him a good foundation

Christian Younginer heads up the administration and operational needs of YEP. During
his time with the LLC, Christian has provided fresh views to the traditional administrative
practices. By overhauling and simplifying past practices, Christian improves operational
efficiency.
